Get your ass up and go through you warms ups:
A, B, C walks and skips
C and D runs
Pull and Dig
Legs Kicks
All Lunges
And whatever else you remember

Then runs 10 striders of 100 yards each. No one is going to do it for you. Get it done. Then jog a bit too cool down and stretch.
