Speed, power, agility and explosiveness!! This session will go over how to perform all the basics movements needed to compete on the football field at a high level. Bring something to drink, a snack and some comfortable clothes to train in because there will be some physical tasks to complete. This is an open event to ALL members of Taft football from U9-The Men’s team. Bring any friends interested in American football as well so they can get a taste of what it takes to play this sport. Parents are welcome to sit in as well but if you do we strongly encourage parent participation.
